Low friction guide in the hydraulic cylinder
It’s a fact: 90% of the internal friction of a hydraulic cylinder occurs on the guides. In high-frequency applications, the piston rod usually moves within a stroke range of a few millimeters. The strong friction quickly produces wear zones.
You expect high-precision positioning, high frequencies and maximum efficiency? That is why we have developed a special guide for the piston and piston rod. We coat the contact surfaces of the piston rod and the piston with bronze. This significantly reduces friction – and at the same time increases the guide quality.
