Good to know: The STORZ ZBD 1611 series hydraulic cylinder for a nominal pressure of 160 bar complies with ISO 6020/1 and VW 39D920 standards.
- International interchangeability thanks to the definition of the mounting dimensions, installation length, surface ratios, piston rod ends and connecting threads
- Same installation dimensions for cylinders with and without end position damping

Good to know: The STORZ ZBI 1611 hydraulic cylinder was developed as a supplement to the ZBD 1611 cylinder series. The hydraulic cylinders have integrated proximity switches to provide notification of the end position.

ZW/ZWAS 1611 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (ISO 6020/1) – Nominal pressure 160 bar with built-in displacement encoder
Good to know: STORZ ZW 1611 or ZWAS 1611 series hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a displacement encoder. The basic design of these hydraulic cylinders is derived from our standard ZBD 1611 series. The installation dimensions essentially correspond to ISO 6020/1 and VW 39D920.
- Available in 5 mounting types for a wide range of applications
- Nominal pressure 160 bar (16 MPa)
- Piston diameter from 32 – 200 mm (from piston diameters of 40 mm there are two rod diameters with area ratios j=1,4 and j=2 as standard)
- For displacement encoders by various manufacturers
- Selected seals and piston rod surface finishes and materials for use under a wide variety of conditions
- Available with an affixed valve connection plate
- Also available with a mounted proportional or servo valve
- For valve connection plates and any proportional and servo valves to be supplied as standard with NG6 and NG10 hole patterns in accordance with ISO 4401
- Housing of the displacement encoder protected against mechanical damage from outside by protective tube
- Also available with MP6 swivel eye as a special version

ZBI 2511 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (DIN 24333) – Nominal pressure 250 bar (25 MPa) Inductive sensing
Good to know: The STORZ ZBI 2511 hydraulic cylinder was developed as a supplement to the ZBD 2511 cylinder series. The hydraulic cylinders have integrated proximity switches to provide notification of the end position.
- For the electrical monitoring of the piston end position, number of strokes or stroke sequence without any complex designs for the mounting external limit switches
- Designed for a nominal pressure of 250 bar
- Available in 5 mounting types and 6 sealing variants for a wide range of applications
- Installation dimensions according to ISO 6022, DIN 24 333 and VW 39D921
- Compact, non-contact proximity switches, pressure-resistant up to 500 bar
- Electrical connection using plug connection

ZW/ZWAS 2511 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (DIN 24333) – Nominal pressure 250 bar with integrated displacement encoder
Good to know: STORZ ZW 2511 or ZWAS 2511 series hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a displacement encoder. The basic design of these hydraulic cylinders is derived from our standard ZBD 2511 series. The installation dimensions essentially correspond to ISO 6022, DIN 24333 and VW 39D921.
- Available in 3 mounting types for a wide range of applications
- Nominal pressure 250 bar (25 MPa)
- Piston diameters from 40 – 250 mm (by default two rod diameters assigned per piston diameter with area ratios j=1.6 and j=2)
- For displacement encoders by various manufacturers
- Selected seals and piston rod surface finishes and materials for use under a wide variety of conditions
- Available with an affixed valve connection plate
- Also available with a mounted proportional or servo valve
- For valve connection plates and any proportional and servo valves to be supplied as standard with NG6 and NG10 hole patterns in accordance with ISO 4401
- Housing of the displacement encoder protected against mechanical damage from outside by protective tube
- Also available with MP6 swivel eye as a special version

ZBD 3501 – Standard hydraulic cylinders – Nominal pressure 350 bar (35 MPa)
Good to know: This STORZ hydraulic cylinder series is designed for system pressures up to 350 bar in quasi static operation.
- Each cylinder diameter is assigned a piston rod diameter with the area ratio j=2
- All piston rods are induction hardened and hard chrome plated
