ZBI 1611 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (ISO 6020/1) – Nominal pressure 160 bar (16 MPa) Inductive inquiry
Good to know: The STORZ ZBI 1611 hydraulic cylinder was developed as a supplement to the ZBD 1611 cylinder series. The hydraulic cylinders have integrated proximity switches to provide notification of the end position.

ZW/ZWAS 1611 – Standard hydraulic cylinders (ISO 6020/1) – Nominal pressure 160 bar with built-in displacement encoder
Good to know: STORZ ZW 1611 or ZWAS 1611 series hydraulic cylinders are equipped with a displacement encoder. The basic design of these hydraulic cylinders is derived from our standard ZBD 1611 series. The installation dimensions essentially correspond to ISO 6020/1 and VW 39D920.
- Available in 5 mounting types for a wide range of applications
- Nominal pressure 160 bar (16 MPa)
- Piston diameter from 32 – 200 mm (from piston diameters of 40 mm there are two rod diameters with area ratios j=1,4 and j=2 as standard)
- For displacement encoders by various manufacturers
- Selected seals and piston rod surface finishes and materials for use under a wide variety of conditions
- Available with an affixed valve connection plate
- Also available with a mounted proportional or servo valve
- For valve connection plates and any proportional and servo valves to be supplied as standard with NG6 and NG10 hole patterns in accordance with ISO 4401
- Housing of the displacement encoder protected against mechanical damage from outside by protective tube
- Also available with MP6 swivel eye as a special version
